All of the trainers here are very attentive and helpful, they always make sure you are completing the movements correctly. The format is amazing, you get a great workout in under an hour, which includes a warm up and cool down. No two workouts are ever the same; which I love. I have been going for a few weeks now and can definitely feel my whole body getting stronger. I highly recommend Fit Body Boot Camp if you are looking for a fun place to help you get in shape.

I am a 63 year old woman and looking at my life if I continued to lead a sedentary life style. I joined FIT body Bootcamp to get me moving. And boy do they. I used to be nervous, but they help you and encourage you through each exercise. It’s a wonderful group of people who work hard but also laugh together. If you have finally come to the realization that you need to do SOMETHING give them a try! You won’t be disappointed!
They have a great choice of class times to meet your schedules. I go to the 5:30 pm class because I know I won’t stick with a morning class.
Not only have I had amazing results here, gaining 10% of my starting muscle mass in the first three months while body fat percentage decreased, but FBBC CDA has been a big part of my recovery from a decade-long illness. I think the program has worked for me because of a combination of the structure and the welcoming and encouraging community. I actually look forward to going to this gym everyday.
For people who are not familiar with HIIT, I would strongly recommend taking out all impact (jumping, squatting, lunges, etc.) I’ve been modifying the exercises in this way and have not had issues with joints.
I absolutely love this place! When I signed up, I had planned on only being a member for a short amount of time, just long enough to get back into a routine. That's not the case anymore. I love working out here! Coach Dani and Coach Seth make working out fun! I can honestly say I look forward to going to class every day and am genuinely sad when I can't make it. I've made great friends and highly encourage you to join the CDA Fit Body Boot Camp family! You won't regret it!
